Manager Comments:
David James (FA Level 1 qualified and FA licensed coach) has been managing the Trojans since they first formed as an Under 6 development team in 2012. This was part of the (then) new 5 aside format. Our squad is made from local Lee on Solent and Portchester players who have formed a very good team ethos.
The Trojans have previously played A league football, have been finalists in the MSL cup and have been winners in a couple of local summer tournaments. The aim this season is a top 2 league finish, a good run in one of the cups and to keep enjoying our football!
The Trojan squad play as a strong team unit and the lads are a pleasure to coach and watch develop as a team and as mates.
David James is assisted by Karl Durham and Mark Lowe who have both played local football to a very good standard.
